Pass Medical Academy provides certification exam preparation materials and study tools. You agree to use the site and platform only for your own personal, lawful study purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the platform, access another user's account, scrape or bulk-copy content, or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are individual — sharing your login with others is not permitted. Please provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting us.

Paid products (such as the CCMA Review Course and Exam Vault) are sold as one-time payments for a set access window (for example, 1-month or 3-month access). There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews — when your access window ends, access simply expires. Digital downloads are delivered immediately. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

All course content, practice questions, mock exams, videos, study guides, simulators, and other materials on this site are original works owned by Pass Medical Academy and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any of this material without our written permission. See our Copyright Notice for details.

Our simulations and interactive tools (including the Blood Pressure Auscultation Trainer and Order of Draw Simulator) are for exam-preparation and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for supervised hands-on clinical training or professional medical instruction, and must not be used as the sole basis for performing these procedures on real patients. Pass Medical Academy provides exam preparation only. Certification is awarded solely by the issuing certifying body after you pass their exam. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certifying body, and we cannot guarantee exam results.

The site and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pass Medical Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to exam outcomes, career decisions, or reliance on educational content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including account sharing, content piracy, abusive behavior, or misuse of the platform. Where possible we will contact you first, but we may act immediately where necessary to protect the platform and other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
