Our content is protected
All course content, practice questions, mock exams, videos, study guides, simulators, illustrations, and other materials published by Pass Medical Academy are original works owned by Pass Medical Academy and protected by U.S. and international copyright law.
What you may not do
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, screenshot for redistribution, or share any Pass Medical Academy materials — in whole or in part — without our prior written permission. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own study; it does not transfer ownership.

No affiliation with certifying bodies
Pass Medical Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certifying body. Independent certifying bodies own their respective trademarks and exam designations, which are referenced solely to describe the exams our preparation materials are designed to help students study for. All trademarks and certification names belong to their respective owners.
The short version: our materials are ours — please don't copy or resell them. And certification itself always comes from the certifying body, not from us.
