Account information. If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and sign-in credentials (passwords are handled securely by our authentication provider and are never visible to us).

Email signups and contact forms. If you join our newsletter, take an email-gated quiz, join a waitlist, or contact us, we collect the email address and any details you choose to share.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Pass Medical Academy never sees, stores, or has access to your full card number or payment details — those go directly to Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and manage your account and purchases
• Deliver study materials, quiz results, and requested resources
• Send emails you've signed up for (newsletters, waitlist updates, receipts)
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Improve the site, content, and student experience

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with the service providers needed to run the platform (for example, Stripe for payments and our email provider for delivering messages you've requested), and only for those purposes.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to understand overall site traffic — no personal tracking, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising cookies. Some features use your browser's local storage to remember preferences (like quiz progress) — this data stays on your device.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email us at support@passmedicalacademy.com from the address associated with your account and we'll take care of it. Some records (like transaction history) may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
